This accompanies HR 3590, and is the version contains only the content that was passed into law. Public Law No: 111-152.

We no longer sell HR 3590 alone because it is altered by this Act, HR 4872. We are offering this in case you already have a print of HR 3590 and need an enlarged type version of HR 4872 to accompany it.
